Silverstone was just a wasteland of tarmac, and I only rode it with the stupid "complex" at the end of the lap that got tighter and tighter.
Anglsey is fun, wouldn't have minded more time there.
Donnington was good fun, but again suits bigger bikes than I ever rode. Always impressive to watch Couchy and Yorick doing their stuff there,

I have only ridden Pembrey and Knockhill properly (ridden most UK tracks wearing overalls to get to marshals posts though and even managed 3 laps of Brands GP before Dave Stewart saw me on the cameras and gave me a bollocking ) ....neither are going to be on anyones top track lists

Oulton Park used to be my favourite track before they put in the pissy Knickerbrook chicane. Knickerbrook used to be a proper balls to the wall corner. The rest of the lap is still pretty epic but the Knickerbrook-Clay Hill-Druids section was my favourite section of the track and it's been spoiled.
Nowadays I prefer Cadwell - loads of elevation changes, loads of trackside visual clues, not too wide (like Donny or Silverstone) and relatively easy to get to from Sheffield.

Cadwell, Donington, Oulton & Brands GP. All 4 much elevation and mostly blind bends. I love just keeping the throttle pinned and watching the marshall's flag on outside of the bend as he can see what I can't

Cadwell, surprisingly my fave bit is Hall Bends. Always made up time on folk in front, enabling block pass into the hairpin. Had a few wins there
Donington. My onboard video shows 140 through Hollywood and Scwantz. But with knee hard down, What's not to like
Oulton. 140, blind, through Clay Hill with trees aplenty certainly gets your attention. Can hold it flat once you get the line.
Brands. Surtees is great. On power early and run wide over the blind crest, once you know the line Westfield is super fast. Again about 140 and feels great when you hit all 3 apexes without needing to steer. Just know instinctively.
Jerez. Just iconic and great fun.
Silverstone is dull. I never went there unless I was asked
Rockingham. After the straight, it's straight into super fast chicane. Probably 80ish. Knee down both sides. Bang Bang. Flat exit through the gears approaching the big concrete walls at stupid speed Late braking into hairpin

Pembrey is OKish. But great fun trying to hold it flat stick through Honda. I remember @Bigyin commenting on me barely lifting off the throttle, hard in 4th at 140 ish
Flookburgh would be crap as a trackday track, but was so much fun to race and we were all great pals. Formula5 were a great club and there's a Facebook dedicated page And I may still hold the lap record
Carnaby and Elvington were OK to race, but not for trackday.

I went to Blyton once (it's not that far from me), maybe 25 year ago when Supermoto started to get popular. My mate worked for the Comic at the time and wanted report on it, was the first race of a new series or something. Was very exciting, but the track was just some random potholed patchy tarmac in the middle of a field. Has it got any better?

It is insane. Insanely fast, insanely dangerous. Ideal for lunatics.
In the UK, Cadwell Park just because it is so technically demanding, narrow and has a number of really twiddly bits.
A close second would be Brands Hatch with two of the best corners in the world. Clearways into Clark Curve and then the finest bend of all, Paddock Hill Bend. You can throw your bike on it's ear so early it's ridiculous, then spend the entire corner hoping you got it right which you only find out as you're struggling to stay on track on the exit.
It is insane. Insanely fast, insanely dangerous. Ideal for lunatics.

Almeria. Very dry. Impressive landscape, almost lunar. I used to go there a lot back in t'day.
