NBT: I've bought a Honda!
The new bike thread started out as a bit of fun, but I kinda got hooked on the CB1000R. Some outside forces came into play too and the next thing I know is I've pulled the trigger on this! Couldn't help it, as it was love at first sight! Should get it late next week hopefully? Anyone want to buy a Ducrappy!

Got any plans to change the fuelling?

I’m sure there’s a helpline or support group you could contact.
I’d say enjoy, but that’s the thing, whatever machine passes through your hands, you always see the positives, post some glowing reports on the ownership, then bang… it’s gone, on to the next one.
So I’m certain that you’ll see the good points, try to address any negatives, then mission accomplished and move to the next, good man.

Re: NBT: I've bought a Honda!
Lol, no my daughter just got stiffed on her mortgage. She’s moving from a shared ownership to a fully mortgaged one. I said to check her current one is portable and they said it was. Now just as she’s due to exchange contracts, they’re saying it’s not portable as it was on a shared ownership and she’s just been hit with just under £5ks worth of redemption fees. I can’t see her heartbroken so bank of Dad is going to step in. Getting some cash back on the Ducati will help that. So I get a better fuelling bike and she gets fully on the property ladder. Much win here!weeksy wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 5:32 pmYou sir are all fucking kinds of mentalTaipan wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 4:18 pm The new bike thread started out as a bit of fun, but I kinda got hooked on the CB1000R. Dude! Sweet!
I've thought long and hard about getting a CB1000R and probably someday will.

I prefer the looks of the later model, but I suspect the difference is mainly how they look.weeksy wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 7:35 pmMe too, but no that versionMyLittleStudPony wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 7:22 pm Dude! Sweet!
