Hammer LEDs
https://hammerleds.com/
My first thought was "why haven't these been done before?"
Second thought was "They probably have, I'm just behind the curve"
Third thought was "Wouldn't they bend back and rub against the fairing at 180mph?"

Re: Hammer LEDs
Just make them semi-circular, so they're visible from 180°? No need to make them bendy.
If the bike hits the ground hard enough to bend an ordinary indicator, replacing one of those would be the least of your costs.

Re: Hammer LEDs
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if material costs were the only costs involved in running a business and we didn’t have things like employees, NI, insurances, premises, tax, marketing, infrastructure costs etc etc etcCousin Jack wrote: ↑Wed May 17, 2023 8:52 pm They look like a very useful thing, at a very expensive price!

Re: Hammer LEDs
I just looked at Fowlers parts webshite.
An indicator for a 700 Tenere is £35.48, so £141.92 for a full set.
If you do ride off road a lot then £177 for a full set of (almost) indestructible ones doesn't sound that bad.

Re: Hammer LEDs
Of course they are not the only costs, but take material and treble or quadruple it. Still lots of profit left.

If you prefer, you can now get 'sequential' indicators from Oxford...
