Had my todger fondled by a consultant, and 3 sodding students.
I know I can say no, and I really wanted to say no, but the poor buggers have gotta learn somehow

Swam 600m today. Not bad for first time in a big pool in 5 years.
Aimed for 400 but kept going.
Had to stop at 600m as eyes hurting. Bloody agony now

Walked the dog. She was much happier and more herself again, which is a big relief. At least she has bounced back, my recovery is taking a bit longer!

Totally killed the lawnmower - after about 2 hrs of continual use it seized up. Not good as only about 4 years old

Looked at a house we both liked the look of on Rightmove and hard a long hard think about moving.
Went to Epping on the CBR which ran faultlessly then played up on the way home - Plug change and a visit to FWR if that doesn’t sort it (grumbly misfire coming and going).

2 new front Goodyear tyres on the Transit. I've put 7000 miles or so on it since buying in Dec.

Only if it sells. I'll put it up for top money and if it goes, i'll get another. The layout of this one doesn't really suit us now we take the dogs and not the leccy bicycles, so we'd just like something with more lounge room.weeksy wrote: ↑Tue May 16, 2023 8:35 amSelling the camper @Taipan ???Taipan wrote: ↑Tue May 16, 2023 8:14 am The loft of plenty delivers! Walked dog. Home for prayers. Then did three "visits", back to church for a Baptism meeting and now taking it quietly. Walking dog later on and have a wedding rehearsal this evening (Wedding on Saturday). Been using the bike for the visits and it is more fun and easier to get about on.

Re: What have you done today thread?
I had a relaxed morning doing the garden,I put in a small pond the other year & now it's full of tadpoles & looking like it's been there for years.
I then got around to getting some motorcycle travel insurance for a forthcoming trip to Ireland £18 for a week's insurance through Carole Nash.
I also got some other quotes for two seperate trips over the channel & one for a annual multitrip insurance, all a bit boring but essential.
The gardens started to wake up after winter, lawnmower likes a sniff of carb cleaner these days
