Fitted the AFM controller today. No real elegant way to fit it really. Some people hide them in the headlight cowl, which I may eventually do, but I want to be able to adjust as I nee to first. Just waiting on DPD with my Remus now!

Is that similar to the Kev mod used on the xt660 range, sits in series with the airbox temp sensor and fools the ECU into reading air temp lower and riches up the fuel air mix ?

Exaactly that! Booster plug is the same thing but with no adjustability. Apparently these work really well, even on bikes running full piggy back controllers and some remaps as the help with the (dire) closed loop.

Pleased with that! Look forward to test riding it tomorrow! I didn’t come with the catalytic push in thing, so maybe too loud? Doesn’t sound too bad just blipping the throttle but it’s always different when riding them!

Do you have to adjust the advance and retard on the fly while in a certain rev range.

I need to be able to adjust it and don't want to start removing panels each time. Once its set up, I'm pretty sure the cable is long enough to get it under the seat!
