To be fair to overweight people, processed food is full of sugar and sugar is bloody addictive, they could make an effort but the food available on supermarket shelves is shite. You really need to avoid processed crap and prepare your own from healthy ingredients but it seems not everyone can do that.

My supermarket sells things called vegetables. You process them yourself.

The Americans raised the dress size so that what we would consider a 10 became a 14 or thereabouts. Didn't want to upset the chubmeisters. Same at Disneyland. Humongous seats to accommodate the fatties. What happens in the USA normally hits us 10 years later. Happy days.
