Re: NBT: I've got the same bike as Max Otley and Michael Neeves!!
Its like it again. Some odd aerodynamics going on round that back end? Bearing in mind its belt drive, clouds of road shit in that area is not ideal!
I put a bar riser on it as the bars are too low and at full lock in car parks or turning in between cars when filtering I can hit my knees with the bars. The bar riser puts it 20mm up and the same back, but I think i'd be better with 20mm up only. Rizoma do a 15mm up but its crazy money, like over £100 for a block of alloy and 4 bolts.
I'm not that enthused with doing anything to it at the moment. I need to get it back to the dealer to have a look at the vibes its suffering from as its pissing me off. I'm pretty sure its not right as no road tests mention them being vibey, the opposite in fact. I joined an owners FB page and no one on there has the same issue either. So I need to get it sorted but I don't have the time at the moment.
I cant really give an honest update as I don't like the bike at the moment because of the aforementioned vibes, which don't put it in a fair light I suppose? The heated seat, grips and adjustable screen and cruise control I love though and I think if I get the vibes sorted I may feel more positive towards it, but the ergonomics are disappointing tbh.

I just get arsed off with things not working properly, quickly. Especially with this as its a brand-new bike. I'm sure the vibes can get sorted though.weeksy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 9:09 pmArses. It is a strange bike though. The big fat seat means even I struggle to get my feet on the floor when stationery, but its quite cramped on the legs when riding it? Someone with shorter legs would suit the riding position better, but fooked if I know how they'd safely get their feet down when stopped?

That was tempting enough to make me drop the dealer an email to try and get it sorted out. Also, I found myself looking at other bikes last night and in the cold light of day, very glad there was no buy it now button!

Not really bad, but definitely getting worse. It would numb my hands at first, but now I can also feel it coming through the floorboards and seat.
