The chin piece is bonded to the visor... so if you need a new visor you need a new chin bit.
Other than that, I think it's alright. Like a hybrid between a traditional helmet and a flip up.

I bet the replacement visor is expensive... and without knowing that I wouldn't go anywhere near it. A shame as like you I would happily give it a go.
A search for "Shark Evojet visor" brings nothing but listings for just the helmet.
A search for the item codes that relate to the visors from the technical sheet brings nothing up.
The MCN piece is as expected, a rehash of the press release and not asking these basic questions.

I agree.
I guess the biggest plus point... and the thing that's stopped me buying a flip front before... the lower weight of the chin bit being over the top of the helmet.
Traditional flip fronts always seem to have quite a high centre of gravity and the overall weight always seems high.
The original Shark Evoline seemed like the perfect lid, but they got horrific reviews for not sealing very well and letting drafts in.
