I wondered about the wheels, especially the rear with the shaft drive. Both front and rear wheels on a normal Guzzi from the 70s are very heavy, a fashion thing rather than performance.

Making wheels is big boy pants stuff. Either because you really need to know what you're doing, or you need nads like grapefruits to use home made ones.
