Re: What have you bought for bicycle today?
I've just tried mine on to make sure and they are pretty generous on sizing, far bigger than the Alpinestars jersey I've got (also XXL)Mr Moofo wrote: ↑Thu Sep 29, 2022 4:08 pmThey look good - but xxl is only 45 inch chestTaff wrote: ↑Thu Sep 29, 2022 3:24 pm 2 planet X jerseys for a tenner each.

Got some basic flat pedals for the 603 hardtail (https://www.merlincycles.com/dmr-v6-cro ... 82239.html) for winter.
It's got SPDs on it at the moment and I want them for the hybrid instead for when it gets too sloppy to get to work across the fields.

Re: What have you bought for bicycle today?
I got some cheap waterproof/winter gloves from planetx, and used them for the first time this morning - really warm, hands were completely dry and it was raining a fair bit. Not bad, hopefully they'll last the winter!

Coaching...
https://www.katycurdcoaching.com/product/descend/
Just booked this for Nov with @Couchy to see if i can get a little more competent at riding. Next year is going to be both busy and crazy, so it's time to bite the bullet and try to improve.... just a little. I'm not seeing podiums, massive gaps, but i would like to be closer to competition than i currently am. So i'm going to do 3-4 of these courses over the next few months.

Don't suppose you know of anyone good nearer the South East. The Forest of Dean takes as long to get to as Mars for us down here on the Gay or Grey Riviera of the South Coast?
I know there is Jedi to the North of London, but I think that is a bit militant for my needs!
