Pah, my new Android alerts me automatically to any Earthquakes nearby over 4.5 on the Richter scale.

To be pedantic, Android doesn't do crash detection... Google's Pixels do (from the 3 onwards, in some countries).

I did know, and mine is a couple of models up from his :king: but yes OK, granted it's Pixel phones only at present since 2019ish, and the app has been in the play store for the last 2 years.

So, Android running on Pixels has been doing it for years.
