Nice. Which ones would you recommend following? I looked at BOTB but it was football spotting based and I have no idea. I would rather answer some dumb arse question and trust to luck than a 'skill' based thing and have no clue.

It makes no sense doing loads as the time will come fairly rapidly that you may as well put the money aside and buy what you wanted but the occasional flutter seems fun.

Has anyone on here won any of these things?

Thanks,
Taipin won a diesel mini and someone else (can't remember who) won a campervan/motorhome.
Pretty sure someone else won an Tuono V4?

I only really do the cheap ones now as I’m. Not expecting lightening to strike twice. That said there plenty of 2 and 3 times winners and one guy won 2 lambrettas in one night!

Main ones I use are 7 day performance , dream car giveaways, RevComps, aspire competitions and the main one is click competitions as they do a lot if 49p and 99p comps. Shite odds obvs. Elite do a lot of high ticket price comps with shorter odds and I occasionally do one of those, but since winning I’ve knocked it all right back.

When I won the camper the delivery man had also dropped off a bike. He told me the bike winner had broken even, £8k bike but he’d spent that to win it!!
At the end of the day it only takes one ticket to win, just need to be lucky.
Worth the odd go but that’s all. You may get lucky.
Most of these sites give out credit if you comment on live draws. I drop in, stick some jokes up, and drop out. I’ve had about 3 £15 credit wins and 2 hoodies from RevComps.

Even I, the guy who designs EVs for a living, would give more than 2s thought to having an EV in the current climate

I'm sure it'll all work out, but the fuel cost increase must be smarting. A full charge on that Skoda must have gone from about £15 to about £40 in the last year :o

However if you've got a decent sized solar set up and don't do that many miles...

My ageing Barry'd up saloon car costs about £120 to fill up these days - although it'll do around 700 miles on that if I don't do short journeys which I generally don't. The GF has a plug in Prius which is ideal for those.

I'd like to switch to an electric car but I need to to move house because I can't easily charge one at the current place. It's one of the drivers to make the move.
To a kid looking up to me, life ain't nothing but bitches and money.

I went cheap and got a ticket for the Mini, then I went and found it struggles to get 30mpg :silent:

If I could win while not a resident in the UK, I'd be tempted to buy a ticket for that!! LOL

Unfortunately I've just put in my order for a new car through work. If I back out now I'm barred from the scheme for life :o

Well technically I suppose it's only for the duration of my career at this particular OEM. But, still...
