Re: New Tyres. ???
I've ridden similar rubber, both on road and track and it's only in our heads, all tyres are good enough for Nov/Inters pace and generic road riding.

Your right there Mr Weeks. There's a lot of bullshit spoken about tyres, always has been, especially in the dry. At my skill level, they all work well enough. Save your money and treat the family to a nice gastro pub meal where all the thin folk eat.

Re: New Tyres. ???
Yes only difference I've noticed is 'feel' and confidence with tyres. Oh and mileage. Last set of non premium tyres I used were the generic OE Bridgestones that came with my Z750, think they were the OE things that even if you buy a second set of the same type they will be different as the manufacture specs a cheaper version. Think they were 015s. They had pretty much no feel at all but gripped fine, but it was on trust that I knew they'd stick rather than feel.
