If it's genuinely intended to be an Adventure (i.e. proper all-terrain) bike, it will need more rear suspension travel. CCM should bravely step into the 1970s and give it a monoshock rear end.

Even with that I doubt I'd buy one.

It's nice looking, but it looks like a Himalayan with a lot of the bodywork junked.

The main reason I wouldn't buy it is the engine, if it had a reliable 800ish twin cylinder engine, I wanted an adventure bike and the price was right I'd buy it, I like the overall styling but I'm not keen on the Champagne bath room suite colour.

Yeah, if it had an MT07 twin in it but wasn't Tenere tall it would be really cool
