2017 BMW R1200GS TE Exclusive low mileage fully specced

For sale... My 2017 BMW R1200GS TE Exclusive...

A change in circumstances (need to liquidate some assets for a house purchase) means this is up for sale a little sooner than I was expecting. I have had this for 6 months, done 3k miles on it in that time, and the bike has been faultless... Details as follows...

-2017 R1200GS TE Exclusive spec (4 ride modes, ESA, cruise, heated grips, keyless etc etc...) so all the usual refinements
-Only 9600 miles (last serviced at 6500 miles in Jan '22)
-Options on full vario luggage, Akrapovic exhaust, Nav6, mesh seat covers etc...
-Brand New Bridgestone A41's can be fitted for sale if required (current Metzeler Tourance's have approx 60% life left in them)
-Regularly detailed and recently had ceramic coating applied to the bodywork and the wheels.
-A1 condition, no damage anywhere, probably the cleanest 5yr old GS you'll see...
-No finance, I own this outright
-I am only the 2nd owner

Cubo Moto have given me a strong offer of £11.5k as it is, with all accessories, so here's what I will be offering... And no, I WILL NOT be selling any accessories separately until the bike is gone...
£10,750 for the bike...
£11,250 for the bike with either Akra exhaust or vario luggage.
£12k with everything (vario luggage, Akra exhaust, Nav6, mesh seat covers, new A41's)...
I'm not really open to haggling as such, as Cubo Moto have given me a firm offer on this... They would then retail it for somewhere in the £12.5-13k region I expect...

So save yourself £1k and give me a shout... Otherwise will be going to them in a week or so...
