MotoGP Assen... the Cathedral of speed..
Or whatever they call it..
Anyway... What's the plan... who's the winner...
It's a fast track which may suit the Ducatis, but the Yamaha turns well and brakes well...

Hard to see beyond Fabio Q in his present imperious form. Assen is fast but it's high speed curves fast, not big long straights.
There is no cloud, just somebody else's computer.

Re: MotoGP Assen... the Cathedral of speed..
The usual suspects,I suspect!
Fabio will do as Fabio does,The Ducatis of Bagnaia,Miller,Zarco and Bastianini will be fast, some of them may even finish the race. Rossi's little brother has been looking more racy recently too.
Honda and KTM will continue to suffer.
Hopefully the flowing nature of the track will bring some closer racing for more than the first two laps.

Would like to see Fabio go into the summer break with another win, jack to get 2nd as a up yours to Ducati, then round out the podium with an Aprilla.

Cracking GP, really enjoyed that. Should make things interesting after the break.

Great racing and not so predictable either.
I wonder who writes life's script for John McPhee?
What an epic ride for Aleix. And a rare cockup for Fabio.

Didn't Mir win the championship in 2020 because Fabio lobbed it at the scenery too many times?

This is supposedly the new and improved Fabio, this season. Unless the old Fabio is about to show up after the break.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Sun Jun 26, 2022 8:03 pm Didn't Mir win the championship in 2020 because Fabio lobbed it at the scenery too many times?
