I doubt Glasto has ever been hygienic. I was at Glasto in '84 and hygiene levels were not much worse than those at Bearded Theory earlier this year. I was a lot thinner in 1984, though...

My youngest is a tabarded Steward at Glasto this year - his main task is to stay up all night and stop people pissing everywhere ...

Tried to watch the rest of the nearly 3 hours recording, ended up fast forwarding through it, what a sack of pretentious bollocks, Hawkwind had really lost the plot by 1984, glad I wasn't one of the disappointed greebos in the audience who looked like they'd turned up to hear Silver Machine, not see a 44 year old man in a body stocking spout crap.
