How long a while is depends on weight, road and miles so you may never get a problem. Can it be changed so the support goes verticality down to fix by the spindle?
It's only for cold shandy when we're away in the Camper.

Pigeon Porn night and day here! :D We feed the birds and I managed to train my JRTs to leave them alone, so now the birds, especially the pigeons, feel secure in my garden and often sleep on the lawns as they know no cats will come in.

Spoiled for Father's day.

Up early and banged in over 3 hours riding. A mix of weather, none of it warm and sunny,so the bike got dirty. :(

Home,washed the bike.

Talked to ma weans via the magic of Whatsapp, eldest lad's birthday on the same day.

Lazed about and watched motogp.

I've had worse days. 8-)

Irthlingborough is a regrouping point for the refugees from Corby en route to a better life in, well, anywhere. :D

Rode to work, scared the willies out myself as I opened the throttle on the ZH2 at 1** and it lifted the front all the way till I bottled it at 1**. By fook is it mental. 12Hrs at work observing industrial relations falling through the floor as nobody was in the mood to volunteer to help out (normally getting staff in at weekends to keep the trains running isn't a problem)

Having a bit of a meltdown! Not weather induced :) But, my physio is back today so all is well with the world again after the scary phsyio caused me a weekend of pain

I've told my physio that I'd prefer her not to have any more holiday whilst I am here, and if she does and I have to have the same replacement, I'm staying in my room !!!

The only good thing out of the weekend (couldn't do most of the things I had planned due to horrid physio causing pain) is that I managed to finish my cross stitch that I started when I got here :D :D :D Trying to upload a pic to img now :D :D

It looks a bit crumpled because I can't wash and stretch it here :(

Image

Took this one in some sun - couldn't get it all in the sun sady - but it shows the stitching a bit better :D

Just got off the phone with the consultant at the Physio dept and she has confirmed my knee is beyond anything they can do and has referred me for surgery. I'm really hoping this can be done through Spire again with the NHS picking up the bill (round here private places do NHS work to help with backlogs) and i listed 2 such places in my choice of three. The other one is my local NHS hospital and if that is my only option I'll pay to go private rather than then let them near me! :? Either way it'll probably a fair way off, which gives me time to work on overall fitness and weight loss before I go under the knife!

Got to work 2hrs late due to rail strikes, now left 2 hours early to ensure I can get home before the last train.

Waste of my day and those that pay me.
