Not had my forks touched, what did Darren do then ?
Took me nearly 3 hours to do the shock though everything I was doing was for the first time on this bike.

Work to the fork was simply a service, new springs (for my weight), oil, seals and set up for me. £220 plus VAT. Normally service my own forks and whilst the job is mechanically fine, the actual suspension tune has always been Hyperpro progressive springs with some heavier fork oil so I've no idea of £220 is a good price but I'd have paid more for the results I got. :)
