Re: A right now thread
Sitting here in a bit of pain, feeling sick and bloody miserable. All to do with my shoulder!! No pain for anything from the leg!! But using crutches is seriously fucking up my shoulder again The physio worked on it a lot this evening (hence the pain/feeling sick!) and for the first time did the equivalent of the mechanic's teeth sucking!!! That's not good either
He does say that it is recoverable. But I have another 7-9 weeks (ish) before I'm off crutches/a stick and so it'll be that long before I can start seriously working on my shoulder. Hopefully the reeducation centre will put in some remedial work whilst I'm there!!!
Just FFS

Haven't driven it since then which is why I'm selling it.

I did polish siobhan’s as I scratched it a while ago when I drove it in to my daughters car. Happy with that as it’s my first effort with a da polisher. Won’t be making a habit of it though as it’sa deathly boring way to spend an afternoon.

Fit a smaller wing and eat more pies instead. Works for me.

Re: A right now thread
This is a 330, didn't come from essex though. It's quick enough but doesn't have a turbo to explode. I think it's a fat lump but I really like driving it with the roof down and she loves it which is the main thing.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Mon Apr 18, 2022 9:32 pmTiepin had am E93 330, black on black.dern wrote: ↑Mon Apr 18, 2022 9:31 pmShe wanted a convertible and that was my solution. Re: A right now thread
I had an E92 330.
For a supposed 272bhp, it felt slow.
Can't blame her in doors for wanting a convertible.
I flippin' loves my SL, actually drives better with the roof down, imho.

I love convertibles, been ages since I've had one. This was the last one, so much fun but got all my weekends back when I no longer had to keep it running...

Doesn't look like the kind of thing you can lord it up with in the Lidl car park.
Big White Merc, Sun glasses, roof down, cruising to the local Beefeater for a shandy on a sunny day... when you can't be arsed to put the leathers on. That's what convertibles are for

It's funny as there are none over here. The sun would fry you. The only ones are the Fiat thingy hire cars for the tourists.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Mon Apr 18, 2022 9:48 pm Doesn't look like the kind of thing you can lord it up with in the Lidl car park.

No, it was rubbish at nearly everything unless you really needed to scare yourself shitless for some reason. It had 400bhp. Was good at combe though...KungFooBob wrote: ↑Mon Apr 18, 2022 9:48 pm Doesn't look like the kind of thing you can lord it up with in the Lidl car park.

Getting a set of Road 6 fitted. Meanwhile enduring some shouty daytime tv shit. People watch this for fun?
