FTR and 1200 are both bikes that would make you smile when you open the garage door The FTR is miles better looking IRL than in pics.
The kwak is a bit too transformers for me but It will no doubt have a great motor.

Out of those I'd go for the FTR because it's a bit different, but in your situation I wouldn't sweat it, you can change them out at anytime you want, so work your way through the list and enjoy yourself.

I've ridden a Scrambler (excellent) but would add the Xdiavel (an FTR on steroids) to your list.
