I'm about to leave London Bridge Station via the Tooley Street exit.

Taking my car for an MOT in minute, then we're off to look at garden furniture! I can only imagine how packed garden centres are going to be today and how overpriced their stuff is. I suspect my wallet and I will be sulking later! :(

Hope MOT is quick and painless. Same for the garden centre visit. I've just made it back from one, wife commanded me to buy a squirter thing that has strong squirt and soft squirt. I explained the prostate thing can only cope with so much.... so I got her garden gloves and a new doormat as well!

Sat with a cold beer by the pool. It's pissing down, but who cares. It's good to be home.

Well, it's forecast to snow a bit over the next week here, so I've been unpicking seams on a pair of jeans and unpicking seams on a dress I don't wear with a view to making the jeans into something akin to 70's flares!! But flaring from high enough up to enable me to get the leg brace on and off without taking off the jeans.

Reason? I've been wearing skirts for the last few weeks, which is fine. But the temperatures are forecast to drop quite a bit as well as the snow coming, so I need something like trousers to be a bit warmer!!!

Not sure huge flares will be much warmer than a skirt, but if I can finish them today, I'll find out tomorrow!! LOL
