I use the car park often to do the allowed station pick ups but have not parked there so this really bmp.

Looking at the photos it's obvious what happened, it recorded me doing the drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening.
You can sue the DVLA for passing on your details to a private company.

I have these 'dark days' when everything and everyone angers me. Today I had an altercation with a driver on the Blackwall Tunnel approach which I should have ignored, but I ended up getting off the bike, pulling the guy's door open and telling him what he could do with his horn.

My colleagues are fucking me off at the moment. I'm really short with them, even though I know I'm the problem, not them.

I even hate yous lot at the minute.

The argument will be they have a legitimate interest, I'd need to take a 'responsible company' angle.
Every appeal from now needs a rejection number which I don't have because APCOA won't let me appeal.
Complaints have gone out to their trade body (BPA) and it's appeals section and the train company. The only people I can't contact is the debt agency and the parking company, funny that.

I’m in an archery club and just now we’re running beginners courses. I.e a 6 week course for 20 quid and if you like it you can decide whether or not to join the club.

12 people to a course with the latest course starting this week. So how many turned up fit the first week….5!!.

2 couples left it to the last minute to text saying they can’t make the course , 2 have had to miss this week which is fair enough and the other one just never showed up.

So now due to the hire of the hall we’re running at a loss and the spaces could have been filled from the next class if they’d had the common courtesy to let us know earlier.

Really really inconsiderate.

I knew it existed and I think I had a look in the door at one point years ago but it was closed before I started taking an interest in archery.

Didn't know you were another archer!

I need to get off my arse and join the nearest club and get out there again.

Burton, the snowboard company.

Last week I lost a toe cap from my bindings, managed to 'limp' home and went to see my mate in the snowboard shop

" A couple of years ago, Burton started selling more online than through shops, so they sacked all the reps and now the shops have no support. I'll email them, but they won't reply "

He emailed them every 2 days for a week, no response

So instead if spending €10 on a toe cap, I spent €300 on new bindings...... and the new bindings are no different to the old ones :(

Then the internal lace on my boots starts fraying, back I go to the snowboard shop

"well we did order some of those for stock, whether they will arrive or not is anyone's guess"

Such a shame, Burton are on of the biggest names in snowboarding but since the founder died a couple years ago, they've fallen down the list !

Burton are also quite happy to ignore the Chinese Uigar genocide issue and sell to the Chinese market (rather depressing interview on the Beeb with their headman, basically "we're in it for the money").

What's really fucked me off is the local landowner has decided to downgrade a licensed bridleway to a foot path, put up a load of kissing gates, which means that most of the local MTBers will have ride a narrow cut through road for two miles to access the Downs rather than safely across two fields.

If it is a proper bridleway he can't legally do that, only the Local Authority can change the category. Complain to the LA.

Bastard landowners think they own the place.

It's a licensed route, which is what used to be called permissive I believe, it's been a bridleway for at least 20 years but the grumpy fucker has decided it's now going to be a footpath only. LA and South Downs NP have just rolled with it so I've moaned at my MP but don't suppose it'll get anywhere. This has so fucked me off.

Has the owner done the annual closure thing to prevent RoW claims?

No, its a licensed bridleway that I've never seen closed but its just been downgraded. I wish I'd screen shotted the RoW map before it was sneakily changed. However all the way marker posts still have the blue for bridleway arrows (which I've got pictures of). I think the problem is as its licensed that means the land owner can do what they want.

Amazon…

Due two parcels, app says they have been delivered, they are nowhere to be seen.

Checked CCTV, driver didn’t even stop near the house. Asked on neighbourhood FB group if anyone had my parcels, nada.

Spoke to Amazon, gps suggested items delivered to neighbours, nope cctv covers their gardens and entrances to gardens opposite, nearest the van got was 5 doors away… I knocked on a couple of doors, nowt. Strangely they can see he hasn’t been to my property but it’s still my job to try and find the parcels!

Back on blower to Amazon who have now produced a photo of the “items at your property”, no they fucking aren’t, cctv says otherwise. I’m now feeling like the accused, they eventually agree a refund which will take 5-7 days and I now need to reorder / order elsewhere all because the fuckwit driver couldn’t be arsed to do his job properly.

Wankers!
