Outdoor Wifi Access Point / Bridge

I am looking to get about 300Mbps of bandwidth from where we have our full fibre access to an outbuilding 105m away and from there onto a few other outbuildings.
We used to have an old Ruckus 802.11b AP that we put a big omni antenna onto and got our emergency connection from a friend's wifi 1.2km across the loch, but the data rate was down to around 1Mbps...fine for emergencies.

It will be tricky to run any kind of cable/fibre across the 105m building-building gap hence why looking for wireless options.
Currently I've got a few of each of Ruckus R500 and R600 running 'unleashed' so I can mesh APs but wary of how quickly usable bandwidth will fall with extra hops, but will probably use mesh to get to the last couple of outbuildings, where bandwidth requirements are unlikely to be more than 30Mbps or so.

The old Ruckus was placed in an ice-cream tub (without the ice cream), mounted on a wall with the omni sticking out of a hole in the bottom of the tub. It was really effective at keeping the weather out for many years considering we are on the NW Scottish coast.
That said, the R500/600 don't have external antenna connections IIRC and I do know external APs are much more affordable and available now.

The 105m gap is pretty much clear line-of-sight.
Does anyone know of good, but not prohibitively expensive outdoor APs that might suit the above?

Have a look at Aruba, it's HP's attempt to steal market share from Cisco's Meraki (and a good bit cheaper).

No. Just trying to, finally, getting round to spreading out our fibre connection bandwidth around the property.
When we only had 6Mbps it was as well to use mobile data when not in the main house.
