I'm very tired. But very happy. Two days work (almost self employed style hours :o) has made me so so happy. Snow almost everywhere (ok, didn't reach as far as Lyon!), everywhere looks gorgeous, I love driving and meeting people, even better to be driving them to resorts with SO MUCH SNOW!!! (Apparently it's the first time in 12 years we've had this much snow for this week of the season :D :D ) I've so missed this work stuff!!! :bblonde: :bblonde: :bblonde:

I'm going skiing! Gear and boots on. Coffee drunk (almost the last good coffee, that's not so happy making!). Meeting a mate in 20 mins, so time for a tactical and try and remember how many layers I used to use and in what order!! LOL

I. AM. SO. EXCITED!!!! :bblonde: :bblonde: :bblonde: :bblonde: :bblonde:

Flat battery on the works caravelle this morning, this is odd as it was serviced just a couple weeks ago and has been sat in a nice garage ever since, I guess there was an interior light left on ? That wasn't what made me happy but it is the catalyst !

Messaged a mate "any chance you can help"
Not only could he help but he was less than 100 yards away, he took me down to my van to get jump leads then drove us back up the hill and we jumpstarted the van from his car awesome. If he hadn't been available I didn't know what I was going to do, my van is parked in 2-3 feet of snow and even if it wasn't it's too tall to get into the garage where the VW lives !

A few hours later in the supermarket carpark..... flat battery again :(

I rang Noggin who was also not only available but also just minutes away, she came to my rescue and I had the VW back running again in no time.

I then went to the parts store and bought a new battery, while criticising the service (internally) as IMO they should have checked the battery, if they had they would have made another €100 sale !

Ice-cream van in December, probably not selling drugs at all.

It's 26c here and I'd bet my house that there are no drugs onboard.
Ah, thought you were still in Blighty.

After a few weeks of cold northerly winds which made it chilly at night, we now have warm southerly winds.
Everybody sat out in shirt sleeves.

Just in time for Crimbo.

I have had several men put their finger up my bottom. They all said it was good, apart from one who said it wasn't that good. He sent me to a man who specialises in fingers up men's bottoms.

Prior to the insertion of said digit, he handed me a tissue and in the time it took me to ponder why he had given me a tissue, he did a very thorough examination with a lot of pressing of a certain part of a gentleman's anatomy where his 'gentleman juice' is stored.

To my great embarrassment that day, I found out why tissues are given out freely....

You wait till the Doctor puts a fibre optic camera down your gentleman’s equipment to look at your bladder. “ We’re just going to have to push through the pelvic floor, it may sting a bit……….”
"Of all the stories you told me, which ones were true and which ones weren't?"
"My dear Doctor, they're all true."
"Even the lies?"
"Especially the lies."

Worse. Handed me another tissue to wipe the KY from my arse.
It was one humiliation heaped upon another that day...

Put the camperbus in for an MOT. Technically i can drive it to and from the MOT station when booked in so i put it in to allow me to drive it to storage some 15 miles away as i pass an ANPR camera on the A1. The bugger only passed
