You seemed to back off right at the vital moment with 300m to go.

Looked a crazy crazy hard effort though.

I knew I didn’t have the whole length of the bridge left so hoped to surf wheels.

That savage attack on the volcano each lap got very annoying 🤣🤣 It was slightly better from off the front so I could sag-climb it but not much.

I'm debating racing or cruising today.

Crust has informed me that the Gent Wevelgem ride we've had planned since pre-covid is now happening at the end of March next year, so really i need to get 'training' for longer rides rather than sprint races. But i do like a little bit of Zwift racing so it's tempting. I've still got a few knee issues but i need to just accept them as they're not going away, so just ride around it.

If i race, the 4pm Tick Tock flat race looks a candidate. Mostly because the layout flatters me and with ABCD all being out together, if i can make a decent break i can surf some wheels and get dragged along.

But the odds are i'll do a 60-90 mins gentle sort of one. I've got Afan on Sunday and BPW on Monday, so really should be saving a few legs.

Fun couple of fast, flat Crits this evening. Loads of attacks on the kickers and a few breaks, counter attacks etc. really engaging and fun!

Fun race this evening! The Zwift drafting feels sooo realistic now in double draft races (double draft = real life draft).
Went early on a long one v the A’s…. Did it work 🤔

Start off with one foot at the top, one at the bottom.

Rotate them forwards many many times continually until you die :)
