Re: New Tyres. ???
Guess a fair few will say nope but I ran them on a VFR VTEC and they were fine, only when pushed really hard did they start to complain...

Re: New Tyres. ???
No idea about these, the MCN review is ok.
Most 'cheap' tyres are just as grippy as their mainstream competitors, however they don't last anywhere near as long, but I've no idea about these.
I guess at that price they're worth a punt.

Re: New Tyres. ???
I took them to Germany many years ago on a 990 Superduke. Nothing wrong with them

Re: New Tyres. ???
Many years ago I was instructing alongside Niall McKenzie at Donington and they fitted some coloured Maxxis tyres for a giggle to his bike. I set off behind him and kept him in sight for nearly a lap. He was leaving big coloured lines everywhere and having a great time.
If they work for him, they'll be fine for you

Re: New Tyres. ???
Lol look at them
1018 for example is the 10th month of 2018.
It's stamped on sidewall in a sort of oval stamp

Ones G Spec and the other is J Spec, mis-matched tyres, you're going to DIE!
Joking, I've no idea that that spec means on Maxxis.
