At Dalaman airport with M on our way to Istanbul for Sunday's F1 race. Got seats at Turn 1 (for the first lap crash) and a shopping day on Monday.
See you all next week.

Re: A right now thread
Sitting at home with a huge duvet over my legs, extra jumpers on and even have the radiator on full!! I hate putting on the rad at this time of night cos I sleep with the window open so any warmth goes out the window when I go to bed, but the ride home was stupid cold!!! Fun, but cold!!

Re: A right now thread
Chopping down the old pool cover.
The old one was frayed all round the edges so we got a new one.
So today I decided to chop off the crap from the edges and see if would become sellable.
The old one was 8.5 x 4.5 so hoping this stays a decent size.
My fingers are crying from cutting the bugger and the howling wind keeps trying to blow it away. It's like a big sail

Re: A right now thread
The jet washer cleaned it up nicely. Let's see if it sells and I'll give the dosh to local dog rescue. A cover that size would be around €700 new.Yorick wrote: ↑Thu Oct 14, 2021 3:16 pm Chopping down the old pool cover.
