I've always been quite happy with Fairy Liquid to wash my hands in the garage.

I mix a bit of sugar with Fairy to clean my hands after a spanner sesh and if I've still got black grease under my nails - I put nail vanish on

There was a time when you couldn't give them away lol! I took one in PX in the early 80s. It was one of the ones with the cotton reel speedo and self straightening steering. It became my "leaver". I used to leave it everywhere and pick it up later etc. Took forever to sell it. Wish I still had it now!! Deffo on my list of cars for the dream garage if my numbers roll in!
