Order slots must be filling up fast! I have covid, so does my wife, daughter, nephew, his Mrs, their daughter and her Nan, my sister and boyfriend and my Step Dad has been moved to another Hospital as Basildon Hospital is "closed down", although I'm not exactly sure what that means?

We all got it, in all probability, off of my sister and her boyfriend who are anti-vaxxers and we all met up at a family party last weekend. But it is apparently rife and rising round here and there were neighbouring kids in and out of the garden where we all were, so, maybe it was from the kids?weeksy wrote: Sun Aug 29, 2021 11:39 amIdeas on how/why/where?Taipan wrote: Sun Aug 29, 2021 11:35 amOrder slots must be filling up fast! Watching the Eastern Euros doing a mini valet on the Wife’s car. She’s indoors asleep with Covid. I’ll tell her I did it!

Doing my exercises and watching a programme about Yes on Sky Arts. Mainly because it's strange watching someone you know on the box. Bill Bruford is the most un-rock and roll person ever. He runs the Whack-a-rat stall at the church fête.
People said that his leaving Yes to join King Crimson was like going over the Berlin wall....in the wrong direction.
Cracking drummer though.

Popped out to get a couple of bolts and metal tacks so decided to go to the hardware shop in Rhayader via The Hafod.

Cooling down in the shade after spending the last hour on the roof cleaning out the conservatory box gutter. I'm cooked!

Just done a deal at BMW to replace the Z4 with a 4 series coupe. From Friday I’m no longer a convertible tart!!

Re: A right now thread
Nah, didn’t appeal, and as I’m 62 I was going to struggle to get in and out of the Z soon!! Just being realistic.
Had fun with the convertible, time to move on I reckon.

Re: A right now thread
I was tempted by the 4 series with the folding roof, I like the Z4 but read that it was a very firm ride (as firms as the JCW mini I had that was annoyingly firm). I'm not too old for a low two seat convertible so I bought an SL. It's still sporty, but without being overly harsh.
