BSB at snetterton this weekend

Post by weeksy »

Just noticed this on TV listings.

It's a weird one this season is BSB as I really do wonder currently at the talent, or lack of. Let's take O'Halloran for example, leading the title race, but do you reckon Toprak is sitting watching it thinking "hope he doesn't come to Wsb or I may be in trouble" ???

I just can't see it. But I can't see any of them troubling a Worlds podium either.

However, that doesn't mean it won't be entertaining to watch.

I'm sort of the same. All good riders but none looking like they can take a step up.

Rory Skinner has talent, but this is an easy year but he's not standing out.

There is talent , and in depth. If you look at the times just to get into the top 15. Has it ever been this close ?
Oh for the Days when we had ten or so wildcards at a home wsb

Do you think any of them could step into wsb and top 5 it?

If they had a WSBK round at the TT, Hicky would piss it :obscene-birdiedoublered:

Of that I don't doubt. But I don't see him taking it to Rea on a short circuit

Yes. In the right team.
Look at Redding in Bsb the WSB the next year.

Well, the usual Yamaha pair at the front, but great ride from Tommy to get back into the mix in that race.
Some weird incidents too!

Not sure how you can say it’s easy or not the talent, it’s full of talent and they’re all silly fast, times are so close and at times anyone can take it to the front.

I’ve been on track and raced with Rory and it’s ridiculous what he can do on a bike, just a matter of everything falling in place like it did last season in Supersport.

As for Toprak he’s not even worried about JR let alone anyone else, JR on the other hand is shitting himself!

It's all relative. They're all fantastic riders, but we're looking for some of them to go up into WSB.

True but until they are there and at least developed for a season it’s hard to tell. I don’t think we can expect someone to go there and do extremely well in their first season.
