Silverstone British MotoGP 2021
Really looking forward to this. Cal on vinales' Yamaha, Jake Dixon in MotoGP on the Petronas Yamaha, Rossi's last British MotoGP, what's not to like?
Come on then, predictions and thoughts please......

Hmmm I'm taking Martin in the big boys, with quat and miller sharing the podium after Zarco crashes with 5 from the end.

Is the qualifying and extra races being shown on any 'normal' tv?

I feel kind of sorry for Dixon,he's on a hiding to nothing right in front of his home crowd. Folk need to be realistic.

They're giving his Moto2 team mate a go at the next round.
Hmm, best man wins?

Maybe. There's not much between Dixon and Vierge in the current standings,I suppose if it comes down to passports, then JD has some advantage.

Because they are quite close, it will be good to see who adapts better to the big bikes

Game time then.
No real shocks early doors in the premier class, great to see Silverstone, especially as we were riding there last week.

The boy went well didn't he, especially considering he's 10mph down on straight, you'd imagine he's a good few mph down on the other straights too.
Cal has just gone quicker though

Wish he'd stop crashing on that shoulder!!! I mean, it gives me a bit more confidence, but damn it also freaks me out everytime!!!

Re: Silverstone British MotoGP 2021
In all my track years, I've never seen a crash there.
It's a fun fast corner with late braking right to the apex.

Re: Silverstone British MotoGP 2021
My eldest lad and his mate are going for race day. I don't really like Silverstone as a track for spectators so gave it a miss when he asked about tickets. Did the race day a few years ago and the 5 hours getting out of the car park pissed me off sufficiently to not go back again
