I have to admit I don't get Groms. What do you do with them?

Are they not ULEZ compliant? I find that very odd - my 2003 Rockster is ULEZ compliant! (or was, are they changing the acceptable level of gaseous outputs?)asmethurst99 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 10, 2021 8:26 pmYes but I,m not serious ... wont be able to have one after October anyway ULEZ

I meant velosolex mopeds - I don't imagine they would get through the ULEZ rules automatically-Rockburner wrote: ↑Tue Aug 24, 2021 10:34 amAre they not ULEZ compliant? Re: New bike day- another Honda Grom
Enoy!
There's a ton of mods you can do, as you well know.
For me the most useful include fitting a CBR125 rear brake caliper (bigger) or rear brake master cylinder (smaller) to add power and decrease woodenness, and a better rear shock. Better forks would also be right up there, but it's not a quick/cheap bolt-on mod so I never did it.
You can put a ton of money into these things trying to make them faster, but it's all just silly as even if you go as far as a 180cc kit, it won't be any faster than any other learner-legal 125cc, even the 4 stroke ones.
