For race bikes and thumb brakes which are an absolute nightmare to get bled properly we use a composites vacuum pump, can pick them up for about £80 and you get a vacuum vessel as well, connect the pump to the vessel, and a tube from the vessel to the reservoir connection...

Its 375 plus vat.. butnif you look at thensmall print in the race tools section on that page... it says you do also need a normal ecu interface package
We already have the hardware... so can do you the standard license at trade which is £86 and then the race tools on top

I do know someone who dies really good fabrication work, but he's a one man band in a small unit, so sometimes might be a bit of a wait depending what else he's got on. All the other stuff is no problem for us

I actually race for 3 yrs without a quickshifter, and have suspension data and timing data buried on a laptop somewhere

What else, as in fork seals and bushes?
So I generally charge a flat rate of £80 to change fork seals and oil to loose forks and £100 if dust seals need replacing as well
Add £25 for bushes
And £80 for springs

Dont known if you're interested weeksy, but full ids cartridges for your bike are exceptionally well priced from ktech, can supply them to you for £550 for the cartridges
Plus springs and service items and fitting £794 all in.. which is less than just a the cartridge kit for most bikes!

Not a problem,
For "normal forks" that have damping in both legs
For loose forks, including all service items, so main seals, dust seals, guide and slide bushes
