Re: Absentee returns
So it looks like summer has arrived in the NW, just as I get a phonecall from the dealer to say my bike has a rear brake light fault that they can't sort. Nice. First warm weekend of the year and I don't have the bike to ride.
That's shit new col - but as weeksy says they should sort you out ...

Hi guys, I’ve been AWOL from here for a year or two on account of life stuff (And not having a bike). I am however picking up a new bike on 8th March😜.
I appreciate that my absence may have gone unnoticed 😂, but I’m here now👋. So if anyone could paraphrase the last couple of years shenanigans and ...

Steitz steel toe capped boots for walking (used them when I worked trackside and they were brilliant after breaking in)
Sandals for everything else (usually Merrel but Teva if they're in stock). Socks with sandals if it's a bit cold.
I am issued steitz secure safety boots for work. Probably the ...

I bit the bullet and spunked £850 on a second hand, but fully refurbished concept 2. It is a couple of years old but you wouldn’t know it, plus it has an upgrade to the PR5 monitor.

I run a team who shut Motorways when required to do so. We also deal with breakdowns, accidents, suicides, issues and problems on my bit of the network. Been doing it for 15 years, before that I was an AA man for 17 years, before that a mechanic on anything, trucks, coaches, vans, cars, bikes.
