Went deer stalking today.

Great to see some sun.

I’ve never really watched cycle racing, so I know almost nothing, he had a 1 minute 6 second lead, then with 700/600 meters to go his legs were absolutely destroyed, he was done, he looked so strong at first. It’s Amazing how the peloton works.

Looking forward to understanding a bit more

Went out today for 25 mile road and dunes loop after checking weather which said no chance of rain for 2 to 3 hours ....... 20 minutes after leaving started drizzle then hammered down. Good job I left my rain jacket in the house isn’t it . Twat :D Wetter than an otters pocket by the time I got home...

Did short but quite hard ride, nothing crazy but did Swains lane 4 times, quite a decent work out. My aim is to do 10 in a row, with the odd break of course, and also 3 minutes 20 is my goal, so need to shave 17 seconds off

ive done about 1000km on my cycle chain, and its pretty decent, just want to find the best easiest way to keep it like that
