I put new tyres on the bmx, much much better.

But this afternoon after the pump track I had some time and went to change the chain 😂😂😂😂😂 well it’s current chain I now know is “wide” and the one I bought to replace it was “narrow” so when I tried to fit it, it went tits up. New chain arriving ...

Back at the pump track this morning, proper hard work.
New tyres are sooooo much better, they roll faster and just fell better.
I need more speed coming into the jump 😂😂😂😂😂

We have another pump track 10 minutes from us.

Took the kids and his mate after school.

Great little track, got the hang of pumping quite quick, what got me was jumping…… bloody hell that was tough.
After an hour some 11 year old rocked up, cleared it on ...

Then today I did 44km on the road bike, nice ride out in the sun, not silly hot,

Falling behind here

Went to Fetham, went for a ride, with the 1st 2 km I got a puncture….. didn’t have the equipment to sort so mate had to ride to Denbie’s to get some spare tubes,
Turned out to be a great ride, loads of cool single track around there and box hill. Still smashed out 42km,

Managed a cheeky 33km ride Saturday evening ride, wife and eldest had nice night. I went a smashed the box hill zigzags was quite tough though after a full family day.
