Re: Cycle racing : 2021, we're back in the road world again

I’ve never really watched cycle racing, so I know almost nothing, he had a 1 minute 6 second lead, then with 700/600 meters to go his legs were absolutely destroyed, he was done, he looked so strong at first. It’s Amazing how the peloton works.

Looking forward to understanding a bit more

Re: 2021, riding mileage and updates

Did 20km today, in my thermal bib tights and a long sleeved jersey, not the cleverest thing I’ve done, was a tad warm. Any ways that include 6/7 reps of Swains lane. Can’t remember, did’t have the mind set to do the 10 I set out today do. But next time I’ll do 10, I hope. Also fitted new tyres, pur...

Re: 2021, riding mileage and updates

Did short but quite hard ride, nothing crazy but did Swains lane 4 times, quite a decent work out. My aim is to do 10 in a row, with the odd break of course, and also 3 minutes 20 is my goal, so need to shave 17 seconds off

Re: Heated grips - wiring blocks burnt

So, replaced the burnt connectors, still no joy, so after some more research and being told to check the wires inside the grips because I have aftermarket bar ends I removed them and check to find this. Apparently it is from when the bolt goes in it catches the wire and pulls it off, gutted, so 2 op...
