Re: TT live pass
I think the coverage missed Jamie Witham who I think is absolutely brilliant and dare I say it Stavros. I don’t think Amy Williams adds anything.

Re: TT live pass
All finished now and the £14.99 was money well spent for me. Enjoyed the coverage and Davy Johnson was an added bonus, his insight to the racing just enhanced the coverage. Hope they do the same next year or even better the Manx. I had some issues at first, both on my phone and also when watching w...

Re: TT live pass
Just heard on Manx Radio the incident is after Bray Hill, hope it’s not the same situation as Saturday. The Sideys were all over the place at Agos. Fingers crossed for those involved.

Private Number Plate Advice
Ladies and Gents, I’m looking for a wee bit of advice regarding a private plate being taken off the other half’s car. Here’s the back ground, it’s new to me because I’ve never had one. She bought the car brand new, so when she picked it up the dealer changed her plate from her old car to this car. N...

Thanks Gents, It’s much appreciated, you taking the time to reply. I get the feeling he’s already made his mind up and was just looking for someone to say yeah go ahead. 🤣 he said he really liked the Guzzi, but had heard some stories about reliability and he did like the RE too, but thought it was a...

Those Ducati’s look much better value for money than the triumphs. You can get the 1100 for much the same price and condition.

Yeah that’s one, He’s definitely not going to be buying a fire blade or a busa any time soon, I don’t think he’s got much interest in going fast. It’s just what he likes the look of. What do you reckon would be other options in the same vain? This is the one he sent me. I just found a great bike on ...

Triumph Street Scrambler 900 2017 Thoughts please...
One of the young guys in work has been talking about getting one of these. He’s due to do his DAS in June if it goes ahead and he’s got his heart set on one of these scramblers. He asked me what I thought, but it’s not my kind of bike and I’ve never had a Triumph so I thought I’d ask the RTTL commun...

Re: Tinnitus
Well apparently it ain't an acoustic neuroma and the ear doc sees no reason to see me again, just a simple case of one sided tinnitus. But, the MRI has identified something that apparently I need to talk to my GP about  I missed this post MrL I’m going on about bloody earwax. Hope everything...

Re: Tinnitus
... the doctors won’t do it just now because of the aerosol effect of the procedure. I’ve tried everything short of syringing my own ears, which I’m loath to do in case I burst my ear drum. A mate bought some sort of diy syringe/pump and his wife did his successfully. 🤣🤣🤣 I’ve now reached the stage...

Re: Lithium batteries
I’ve got a Noco Genius G3500, it does every kind bike battery and has a recovery setting as well. It’s not cheap though about £50. I only bought it because I had the lithium battery in the first place, but it does seem to be well put together.

Re: Lithium batteries
I’ve got a noco charger and it has a specific setting for lithium batteries. I don’t have one in the trackbike anymore as it got cooked second time out when the Reg/rec failed. With the k6 750 it’s likely to happen again so there’s no point in frying an £80 battery when I can fry a £40 battery. I’m ...
