If that rule is in inches I would suspect it is a polar bear. Or possibly a very rare man-eating giant otter. Either way I wouldn't be going out after dark.

Now there's a thing. An internet search suggests that otter spraint smells like jasmine tea when fresh.

I think I'll stick to TyPhoo.
