Re: What type of drill bit?
How big a hole? How close to the edge?
I'd think about using a diamond core bit, it'll cut without using the hammer function and you lessen the chance of the slab cracking.

Re: What type of drill bit?
If a gutter downpipe kind of hole and its the edge of the slab i have has success using an angle grinder as any imperfections are hidden with the drain cover you buy.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Sun Sep 29, 2024 9:28 pm What type of drill bit do I need to drill through a paving slab?

Not saying buy this one as i have used Aldi disks that last a long time cutting stone at a fraction of the price
