An unusual cluster of deaths?
I moved into my last house in 2001. It was in a small village in Hertfordshire, my bit of the village has less than 50 houses, I've just measured it on Google Earth and no property was more than 120m from my front door as the crow flies. I won't mention names but since that time A was in a car crash with a drunk driver who killed both of them. D died from a heart defect. A new bloke moved in and his wife died within a couple of months. A friends 7 year old daughter became ill on holiday and died. My mate got hit by a car a few weeks ago, his funeral is tomorrow. Another woman died from a brain bleed today. The oldest was my mate at 63, the youngest as I mentioned was 7. There's been a few old people that have died as well but I won't count them.

The builders obvs didn't have a feng shui consultant on board when they planned the site.
Either that or it's all built on an ancient sacred burial ground and the spirits are a tad miffed.

"Of all the stories you told me, which ones were true and which ones weren't?"
"My dear Doctor, they're all true."
"Even the lies?"
"Especially the lies."

I was going to say you are a boggie but there is no reference to it on the tinternet. If you had a kid in your team when you were a kid and you always lost he was a boggie, brought bad luck.
