Bro bought a new Kwaka
Brother fancied upgrading his old Z750. Originally he wanted a Tracer 900 GT but was struggling to find a place to let him test ride a second hand one. He then found a place that'd let him take out a brand new one and.....he didn't like it!
So off to On Yer Bike where they had this up for sale. 20 model with near 20k on it I think. Anyway, he's got Kawasaki written through him like a stick of rock so no surprise he rode it home yesterday
I'm away at the moment but can't wait to have a go.
Cheers bruv

Bloody gorgeous
(well, not the end can, but can say that about pretty much any modern bike!)
Hope he has loads of fun ( and you when you're allowed the keys!!)

Not the hardest game of 'Spot the odd one out', finding a green Kwaka in a shop full of white Ducatis.
All aboard the Peckham Pigeon! All aboard!

I think they've got a lot going for them. Comfortable I bet and rapid too. What's not to like

From what I've watched the SX is like mine with a bit more refinement. Supposed to be a great bike. Can't wait for a go

That's the place I bought my v100 Guzzi from. Really decent people that take care of their customers. Ian the service manager is really helpful.Supermofo wrote: ↑Wed Aug 21, 2024 4:35 pm Brother fancied upgrading his old Z750. Re: Bro bought a new Kwaka
Big comfy mile muncher. Same engine as mine, but with longer gearing.
Give it the beans in 4th to see if there's any hint of jumping out of gear,or hard to engage 4th,some Some Gen4 Zeds give bother and it's an engine strip to repair. About £2k dealer prices, from what I hear.
If it's done 20k miles with no bother, then it's likely a sound one,as most bikes give bother at a lot less miles.
@Tricky's bro @2xtwins had one for a while, there's a thread here on his thoughts. viewtopic.php?t=592
