Thanks for that, but the problem still persists.

I tried the exact same reply that I'd tried that caused the problem - BitNinja page blocking access to RTTL. And got the exact same result even though I was using a VPN. I didn't think that this was possible.

Had to disconnect the VPN and restart it (with another IP address) and could then browse RTTL again.

What I don't understand is that I can find no link between by service provider and BitNinja. Also, the BitNinja page does not work properly - the link on their page to take me back to RTTL does nothing of the sort. It just attempts to connect to RTTL but times out continuously.

Very odd and very, very frustrating.

You tried it with a mobile device using 4g/5g?

Yes, tried that. We have a 4G mobile device. The only link is that our home broadband and the 4G dongle are with the same provider - although with separate accounts.

Bitninja issues stopping him posting. Which I believe is on the ISP end not something we can fix ?

@HiFi Kabin may know more?

Bitninja may think the IP address is iffy. I assume the VPN assigns the IP address.

Going somewhere with free WiFi like a McDonald's or wherever would potentially help troubleshooting as you know it's then an ISP issue

@weeksy Its a server level 'problem' so you will have to get your hosts to whitelist this IP range (or it may be available for you to do in the cPanel)

Ok, I've raised a support ticket for them to allow it.

Cheers mate
