Friday thread.... The Politics is dead one :)
What you got on then.
Quiet one here as we get closer to Holibobs (I know you hate it)
Fri. is WFH and bike prep, but in reality they don't need much
Sat. Off to Forest of Dean with @crust and the boy for some practice and uplift.
Sun. Apart from watching the XC racing from Paris, not a lot in the way of plan. Should take Mrs Weeksy out somewhere i think.

Very little.
Pick up Gremlinette and boyfriend fron City Airport this evening. She must be feeling better as her Insta page shows her hitting Saphora (the ladies on here will know) plus going out last night.
Gym in the morning, not much else then round friends Saturday evening.
Sunday, taking a page out if The Priest's book and having a day of rest. Dog walk and coffee with friends penciled in.

Going to collect a second hand car roof box I bought on eBay
I'll need someone to recommend me a good flask to keep my weak lemon drink in, cause I need a new one of those too.

Saphora sounds like a lesbian nightclub.
(Oi think you mean Sephora...make-up, skin care etc etc).
I dunno what I'm doing this afternoon, never mind next week. I'll think of something I'm sure.

You seem to be strangely aware of lesbian night clubs!Count Steer wrote: ↑Fri Jul 26, 2024 8:11 amSaphora sounds like a lesbian nightclub.

I've got the day off and taking my lad and his 2 mates to Duxford for the American Flying Day. Should be good weather and hopefully they'll entertain themselves whilst I watch some Spitfires, Thunderbolt, B-17 etc fly about.
Not sure on the rest of the weekend, Sat has a bigger chance of rain, but if it's dry I'm getting out both days on the bike

Work all weekend. Closing M1 junction 18 southbound from Friday evening until Monday morning, if the go/no go call confirms it, all traffic off, round the roundabout and back on. I would avoid it at all costs as the traffic will be crazy.
Have fun whatever you’re up to
Mick.

Finish loading the motorhome and then drive to port on the way first to Le mans for 2 days on track, then over to Winterburg in Germany for a week's mountain biking.
Re: Friday thread.... The Politics is dead one :)
No work today so taking ducati wheels to Wheatley to sling new tyres on, visit swmbo then go collect mixing desk that will fill the rest of the car. That'll be sold soon and the new tyres on the 1198s will do nicely for a misano excursion in September.
Unfortunately working all weekend which has bolloxed my plans to go see desmo due racing at castle combe
