Today I had it confirmed, I've given birth to a bouncing baby stage 1/2 throat cancer. On the bright side, this is one of the most treatable cancers with a very high survival rate, unfortunately the treatment is brutal. As part of the diagnosis I had whole body MRI scans which confirmed what I had always thought, I was cast from the same mould as Lemmy and Keith Richards. Liver, heart, lungs, arteries all clear and functioning perfectly, a miracle of modern science. Apart from the cancer bit
This is just to forestall questions over the Summer about where I am, might as well get it over and done with.
Don't worry about me, pain is just a state of mind and I'll win, I'll be out and about and much thinner later this year, but big hugs to my darling wife for looking after me And pretending not to notice the Jack Daniels and oxycodone snifters :}

Cancer had good look at me last year. The hhs were very good.

NHS to me.......wscad......today we know more about cancer than we did yesterday... tomorrow we will know more about cancer than we did yesterday .

Other that ..... just put one foot in front of the other.....that’s all we do these days.
