Anyone used them - had a good review?

I need to get an annual service on a done. The other options are Abingdon KTM but they are a 100 mile round trip for me

What about Jim Aims at Braintree, they've been a KTM dealer since the 1970s.

I am in N W London and Feltham is around the corner, relatively speaking and Jim Aims is even further away. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I thought they might be closer than Abingdon

I contacted him once about servicing my Ducati 748. He couldn't be less interested.

Never bothered with him again.

Premier BIkes in Abingdon is worth the ride and I'm sure they'll set you up with some test rides
Me Tricky, Nidge and Weeksy have all bought and had bikes serviced by them.

There's the ktm centre in Hemel as well. Not the cheapest though but do a good job

I tried to speak to them about buying a KTM off them last year.
They didn't reply to emails and were pretty unenthusiastic when I spoke to them.
Needless to say, I gave them a miss!

Think it's time they produced a full size sportsbike for the road again.

Well I had to use them, as I needed a warranty claim to be done.

They were OK but charged about 15% more than I was quoted on the phone!

Why can't you use another dealer for warranty?

It was just the distance and faffing around, they were the closest to me and the quickest to get to.

I had similar at a dealer with my 6k service.

Q "How much is 6k service with valve check?"
A "No more than £400 but usually £350 to £400."

Picking the bike up.
Dealer "That'll be £480 please"
Me "I thought it would be no more than £400"
Dealer "Oh that's how long it look to do everything"
