Yesterday my phone connected perfectly - in the morning. All calls went through the car speakers etc. Afternoon I was having to unplug the phone and put it on speaker
Today I haven’t been able to get the phone to work
It rings in the system- shows up in the screen as a call coming in, then when I answer it, no sound
Music and maps work fine
Help, what do I need to do to make this work next weekend? (Assuming I have the same véhicule? )

Simplest thing to try would be to forget device or whatever and then connect it up again from scratch to see if it starts working as it should.

If it connects with Bluetooth check that connection (on the phone) can access calls. Not sure why it would have worked and then stopped but it's the only thing I can think of.

Re: Apple Car Play - help!!
Luckily it seems that the vehicle I had the most issues with isn't in the fleet for next winter
On another vehicle, I realised my phone was on silent, that seemed to have an effect - which is weird because you can use the phone normally on silent when not car connected! LOL
