Toying with the idea of getting a couple. Just easy work when having a weekend away.

I have no interest is cycling at all, but even I know the go to folding bike for the well heeled is the Brompton.

I can sell you a Bickerton. (It hasn't come out of its carry bag or been unfolded for 17 years so may need a service :D ).

(Worth a look at the sort of thing you can get like that on eBay. Dahon were another pretty well regarded option).

Try before you buy. Anything with wheels smaller than a Brompton (20in if memory serves me correctly) will ride like shit.
