Reminds me of the story my mate had when he was honeymooning in Kenya and they went on a guided tour through a wildlife reserve in one of the big 4x4's. As they're getting the safety briefing a couple of German cycling tourers turned up on bikes loaded with panniers and rucksacks. The Guide looked shocked and went over to them, the conversation and gesticulations gradually got louder and more animated before he called over the security guards who after some waving of rifles convinced the by now very angry German couple to turn around and leave. The Guide explained he'd tried to tell them that they were going into a wildlife reserve with Lions and Hyenas and there was a good chance they would get eaten but they were having none of it!
"Of all the stories you told me, which ones were true and which ones weren't?"
"My dear Doctor, they're all true."
"Even the lies?"
"Especially the lies."
