I think it looks alright.
The japs seem to go a bit ott on their cruisers, but that looks lean and mean, I like the exposed drive shaft!

I think I like the idea of it more than the actual bike itself, it's a smidge retro for my tastes.

This - similarly to the Rocket 3, I'd like to see that engine done up with full 'Tour/Sport' chassis and equipment - a GoldWing/RT type bike. The Rocket 3 engine especially would be absolutely hilarious in a 'Sport/Tour' chassis.

I agree. Though I'd like a lighter bite. The he-ain't-heavy-he's-my-Rocket-3 is too weighty for my tastes; Triumph need to put it on another diet.
How much does the new R18 weigh? 345 Kilos? It's more than a Fat Bob!

Its a nice idea but I think I'd go for the Rocket 3 if I was after something Humongous, and the Rocket 3 is about 290 Kgs dry - 60kgs lighter..

Horse, I can understand your dream: it’s “naked, powerful and muscular”

(
according to Ducati).

If my knees get cold they don't work too well, so a full fairing is far more comfy. Plus, bar mounted screens can cause odd effects due to wind pressure (vortex off the rear of artics is worst)
Note how I deliberately ignored your deliberate taunt

You need a Guzzi.

Had a V50. Very considerate bike, used to give me the opportunity to stand and admire it. Like the time the ignition switched off in lane 2 of the M3.
