Are you an old bastard?

Post by KungFooBob »

For no reason, but my own personal curiosity, how old are you?

Yeah, its the mistakes in my work that make it authentic.

We'll just have to hope no one is 60... or that some one 19 doesn't hit the under 30 option instead of the under 20 :)

Nope. Years I'm getting a bit high, but mentally I go between the toilet humour of a teenager or the general attitude of someone around 30-35 :D :D

I was horrified at work the other day when the others in the office teased me about another driver living in the apartment next but one from me. I had to point out that he may only be 9 years older than me, but he's proper old!! I do prefer to mix with younger peeps!! (And generally get away with it as most don't believe I'm quite old :angelic-green: :angelic-green: :bblonde: :bblonde: :bblonde: )

Biggest thing to me is - WTF do people turn 50 and decide to be old? FFS, young enough to do stupid stuff still, old enough to know you shouldn't but do it anyway
Life is for living. Buy the shoes. Eat the cake. Ride the bikes. Just, ride the bikes!! :bblonde:

I like to think more 'recycled teenager'.
It's when I get told 'you should know better at your age'!
One of the advantages of advancing years, is that you seem quite smart when answering the GK questions on Mastermind!

So far the late 1960s seem less fecund than the early ones and the 1970s. Not what I'd have guessed.

I'm amazed that there's three (so far) over 71 that can actually use the internet!

...or more that can't use the internet and selected the wrong option.

If I had an NVQ I'd keep quiet about it, especially one in IT
